WANTED FM VHF, narrow band capable mobile transceiver for volunteer FD use.

I am looking for a mobile radio to put in a tow truck that is on call for FD, CHP, and Sheriff Dept.
Any make radio will do, as long as power is about 45 watts and it is narrow-band.
